Gandharan Sculptures in the Peshawar Museum (Life Story of Buddha)(Ihsan Ali and M. Naeem Qazi)Peshawar Museum preserves one of the largest collections of Buddhist sculptures in the world. The Total number of sculptures preserved in the Museum exceeds 4000 art pieces in stone, stucco, terra cotta and bronze. The monograph here includes 321 sculptures representing the Buddha’s life story which is the theme of the present book.
